Yes. Even though the guy connected the diagnostic tool to the car, i was 100% sure he had absolutely NO idea what he was doing. He hesitantly selected each option, and looked at the screen with the same, if not more, clueless expression as mine. I tried to engage him in conversation by asking him about the diagnostic tool, but all he could manage to do was wipe sweat off his forehead and smile at me sheepishly.

Regarding the issues, you should save your breath. No use asking them. I had a few queries regarding my cars performance on A/C, but i was blatantly told "iss model mai yeh bilkul normal hai. Koi masla hua tou aap warranty mai claim kra lijyega. Company full responsibility lay gi."

Yes. There must be some training for them. I think some time is required to train them. And our blue eyes r stuff for rxperiment [emoji39]

better to change fluids on 5k. but if u r v careful about your car then better change fluids bcz you dnt know when was that oil put in... can't trust these "stealerships" anymore.
don't tell about problems first email pak suzuki then you will b dealt with lot of care ... my experience

better to change fluids on 5k. but if u r v careful about your car then better change fluids bcz you dnt know when was that oil put in... can't trust these "stealerships" anymore.

I mentioned previously as well, majorly car knocking or engine taking load when only cluth is pressed in idle.. i feel as if whole engine till silencer is shaking to a pattern... then second major issue is on AC missing or jerks.... 3rd minor and common i.e. player time rest happened once till now... and what else..hmm initially i thought gears to be an issue bt its a common trait of suzuki vehicles be it cultus mehran swift etc so its nt worth mentioning, so basically just those 2 serious issues..
