These Suzuki culprit dealers / sales agents are telling shit to customers, they have some monetary benefits in selling extended warranty packages.
If 3rd year warranty is so important that Suzuki made this compulsory and car cannot breath without it, so they should include it as standard.
They are just black mailing customers at the time when a buyer is bit enthusiastic and want to take delivery of their long awaited car, they just play at that time and with their lie "Suzuki ne compulsory kar dia hai" succeeded most of the times.
Nothing is like this, extended warranty, extended package bla bla are always optional and customer is at liberty to choose or not. If a company is selling something extra over and above of any product, I thinks generally or as a Principal, its customer's choice to buy or not, isn't it true.
I personally suggest no one should bother their such sales gimmick, Suzuki's 2 years standard warranty is also not worth while, as their stealership always try to avoid and put blame on customer one way or the other for any warranty issues.
Such as:
- Steering Rack noise issue in WR: They always say nothing is there sir g its your "wehem" once if you convinced them with great efforts that there is a noise, then their statement is "Sir its normal as per Suzuki's standard, Company have kept steering loose and to make noise to keep its movement buttery"
- Tyre Wobling and vibration issue in WR with Euro Tycoon: I don't think any one would be able to get The Euro TYCOON tyres replaced under warranty as a resolution of this problem from Suzuki.
Then what the hell this 2 years warranty is for ?????
