165 is a good size but still wagonR seems to touch when loaded. Cz its height remains the same with 145. So more suitable one is 175-70r13, which gives more clearance + stablility.

I have a Wagon-R VXL with 12000 mileage on odo.

Since past month, I have been experiencing jerking when I press accelerator. It is obvious most of the time in 1, 2, and 3 gears. It seems to be fine in higher RPMs. Some times the car runs smooth without any problem. The jerking starts all of a sudden when go to lower gears and try to accelerate. At that, even if I press pedal to floor, the car wont get acceleration.

I do not think it is because of bad fuel, as it runs smooth most of the time.
What could be causing this problem?

Guys since day before yesterday i bumped my car on a manhole between both the tires from the right side more nearer to the front wheel most likely after that my back light and the auto locking system when you start driving isnt working any ideas what caused this? and the solution if i can fix it on my own or not? thanks reply asap as i dont want any accidents to occur when i brake without the rear person knowing.

some loose connection,may be from fuse box.

my wagon r is 1200 km driven. for the past few days i am facing a problem that when i start the car in neutral gear and turn on the ac, the car start to vibrate which can be felt and when i switch off the ac the vibration stops. what could be the cause of this?

mine does the same i guess its cause its made for efficiency cause the starting rpm's + when the ac turns on is around only 1000rpm increase so that less fuel is consumed thats my personal perception but dont know for sure or maybe we both have an issue here let's see what the experts have to say on this regard. anyone?

wagon r is a three cylinder small car and vibration to some extent is normal for a 3 cylinder car.

The Chronic problem in Wagon R is wheel bearings going bad, the other
day my last and 4th wheel bearing was replaced in warranty. 3 were
already replaced and now doing fine. The same issue was faced by some
other friends. Anyone here faced this issue where the bearing goes bad
and produce grinding sound?

Yes, i faced the same problem a prominent humming sound keep on coming from the back wheels. Got it checked, it was one of the bearing. Fixed it, now im at peace.

How much your WR clocked i.e. after how many kms you faced this problem?

wagonR and Swift has bearing issue and usually last for 30 to 40 thousand KMs only.
