planning to change the wheel bearing (because of noise coming) and break pads on wagon R ? any good place and shop to find good spare parts and person to replace them in ISB/RWP ? dont have faith in 3s dealership.
Based on my experience, point 5 could easily be resolved by just cleaningpads n giving a thorough brake service . Remember all four wheels when dismantled for brake service must be cleaned with a strong air as this will clear dust particles n shrill irritating noise wont be produced till long while applying brakes. If you frequently commute within a dusty area then a pressure wash of wheels on as n when required basis could also help.faced the same issue twice n u know my car is over 105K driven with i think still stock brake pads as had purchased it 28800 driven. Pads wear n tear is not that speedy.
how much better are those so called factory fitted alloy rims? If someone is too much worried about resale (may be resale value puts some people's life at risk or may be put them in the condition of extreme misery, who knows) he should immediately get similar rims from rims shop and replace them with stock rims and fool the world. end of story.
