Today morning I was driving in 5th gear in normal speed around 80km/h, when all of a sudden a weird sound came from engine like something like loosen belt. Gear shifted to normal by itself from 5th gear.

After hooking up the car on wash lift, there was vibration noticed in the gear box under the hood (black box beside he gear box when touched with hand).
now car running normal till 4th gear but 5th gear is not engaged, reverse is also fine. when car become in normal then sound appears again, when engaged in gear sound vanished.
Kindly help what could be the problem. Car has done 53k. Last gear oil changed on 45k km.
