And I forgot to mention that in 4 th service that was paid service. THEY charged 10 k plus for oil.filter and plugs. Car performance got worse than what it was before. I took it back to their workshop. FOUND that plugs were just replaced and not properly tightened !!

I dont know about others.

I bought a Suzuki after 10 years after getting rid of a baleno.

I bought it for office use since 10 people would drive it now and then, else I'd have gone for a mira or a passo.

So my experience is that since purchase in August 2018 I got atleast 5 calls from paksuzuki it self if everything was in line. The dealership called me for service reminders.

I did the 1k and 5k service from the dealership,

Suzuki Danish motors, I have had bad experience with margalla motors and naseer autos. So I prefer Danish motors only.

Anyways the car is driven about 19200 as of today I did 1 and 5k services from the dealership and all they charged me on 5k was oil and battery water.

Later i have been changing oils locally from caltex. After 18500 km I have noticed a squeaking sound from one of the brakes.

The car has had wheel balancing problems since day one. I never got a chance to fix it, its notable on 60-70 it's okay on above and below.

Second gear doesn't picks up the car from idle I can live with it, since I am driving a 1300cc manual Corolla it does the same at times.

Other then that the car hasnt given up on me. It's being driven aproxx 2.5k a month and atleast 3 people drive it on and off.

So it's okay for what I paid for it. I plan to sell it when it completes 2 years and get another one.

I bought suzuki wagon r vxl from suzuki defence karachi in 2018 march of 2017 model odo meter on date purchase was 4k. It was suzuki certified car with one yr warraty and free 3 services from same dealer. What happened in last one year is unbelievable ! First I realised that car was accidental and repaired. Second attitude of 3s suzuki dealer mechanical staff was too rude to provide free service. They made to wait my driver whole day and ask him to come next evening . then after 2nd service they asked for money. ONLY when I went there with all proofs car was released. FINALLY refused to give full service on 3rd time according to them it will be limited to few of all required service items. DURING first year rear bearing was broken 4 times. 2nd time it was replaced by alto bearing which was found by outside mechanic. Now they are saying that it is manufacturing fault in this model!!
I m pissed of.. Today took my car to mohsin autos near shah faisal coloney. THEY are of opinion that my car is actually has completed 80 k kms which is 50 k kms more than what odometer shows!
THEY think that drum is causing problem and it should be replaced. ONE peice is costing 10k rupees. FRONT wheels are also making noise..bearing or shocks have problem. CATALYTIC converter is chocked therefore pickup is poor.
I m just waiting for his call he will let me know all problems after complete checkup.
THIS is all despite of regular 3s dealer maintanence very 5 k kms.
ALSO he advised me to write email to QC suzuki and japan to bring it in knowledge of co.cerned authorties

I think Mohsin Auto's mechanics are right. Car must be driven more than what's displaying on your odo. People reverse the meter readings before selling to increase the resale value. Such fraud is common in Pakistan. Reversing digital odometer is just 2 minutes job.

I found few problems in wagonR, Throttle body gets dirty just after few thousand kms, although on genuine air filter used, throttle response going slow in second gear especially when AC is on, i always just do clean throttle body w/o unbolt it with TB cleaner spray on non woven cloth swipe away butter fly cavity clean dark gum carefully, that gives huge difference, car runs normal after that.

Main reason cause TB get quick dirty is oil evaporation lose in hot summers, which goes to TB from tappet cover other reason is dirty or local made air filter used.

Check your cataylatic converter that maybe choked, don't try to clean local mechanics desi tarika, it will damage or melt, if you live in lahore a shop named "motor clean" opp Packages mall gate walton road, they have proper machine & method to clean it, after that car will run like it was before.

I have recently purchased a 2017 Wagonr VXL.

I have noticed 3 issue till now:

1. Fuel smell (outside) on starting in idle and then it goes away in 2 to 3 min. Checked the fuel cap etc looks ok. Smell seems to come from passenger side means left side of car and not from bonet.

2. Some times when I switch off the engine theres a double click click sound from bonet

3. Some times sound like an empty can from left front side on speed breaker and jumps.

As this is my 1st purchase please guide on the issues.

How many km your 2017 wagonR driven? i think its high mileage, smell typically comes from few causes.

If smell comes from inside chk fuel tank cover which is under rear seat.
If outside chk fuel pressure pipes & Injectors seals something not fitted correctly.
Or if comes from front left side sure its coming from engine side by AC blower fan bit sucks air
from engine side wind shield area.

Engine noise after switching off is normal, caused by electronic butterfly working in throttle body.

Noise from speed breaker, chk front chimta (suspension arm) bushing or tie rod components.

Plastic airfilter box in wagonR is not made good quality, when ever change airfilter apply bit silicon on air filter facing point on plastic box for proper sealing.

My WagonR's RPM suddenly drops to 0.4 RPM and engine vibrates. This is happening from last month. No tuning or any part replacement is due. This happens when I fully press clutch at a red light, or even no gear or cluch is not press it happens.

Clean throttle body because its totaly electronic, check air filter & replace spark plugs with NGK iridium

During the usage of 5 Years I haven't faced any issue regarding AC. Now all of a sudden recently I have faced issue while travelling on a highway, I got my Car AC tripped and lost cooling at a speed of 80-100 km/h after 30mins of running.
I checked radiator was working fine. For about an hour after the issue risen-up I realised that when ever I try to run my car on a High speed i.e. over 80 km/h my car ac tripped for a very long time and I have to restart my car to Re-Run the AC. Although AC Cooling is absolutely fine. I also realized that at a low speed i.e. below 70 km/h and low rpm it didn't trip at all... Mostly I used my car in Karachi city and do not travel more than 20kms / trip.
Can AnyOne guide about this issue to how to resolve this issue and make my AC working properly at high speed too...!!!!!!

It looks like your car is heating up that is causing ac trip.

If the compressor is sensor based then it has gone bad and the problem with sensor based compressor is that it cant be fixed and has to be replaced, So please check first if it carries a sensor, any good ac electrician can diagnose it.

Replace Radiator coolant after every 5 years or 1lacs km & inspect radiator if needed cleaning from good radiator flush cleaner like Total radiator cleaner available from Total fuel pumps.
Check also Throttle body & intake manifold may need cleaning because AC compressor in new models take signals from throttle body TPS sensor....and also WagonR AC compressor is clutch type not sensor type like in corolla.

I have Pak Suzuki WagonR 2015 model.
In Continuation of my original txt.......
Yesterday I went to highway again on a longer trip for Kund Malir from Karachi. From Karachi to Weinder we run the Car Without AC speed of around 80kph to 120kph.
At weinder we Run the Car on AC(speed 80kph to 120kph) and for about 45mins AC was fine and then starting to turn on and off for about 1/2 hour then completely off.
After that Car temperature sensor lighten up, for about 3-4 mins. Then I maintained my Car speed on 80kph and temperature signal disappeared.
During return journey Again we run Car AC and it was working fine for about 45min after that it went off and temperature light again showed up. I stoped but engine on and then temperature light off automatically. I checked radiator water it was there also engine was not too hot. Again I completely off the AC and maintain the car at a speed of 80kph. No sign showed up.
I checked the heating by increasing the speed same issue of heating risen up and on low speed temperature light disappeared.
Between Zero Point and Weinder again temperature light showed up at speed of 80kph and that didn't disappeared for 5 mins. I stopped the Car check engine and pipes and they are not very hot.
It was now evening around 5:30. I rinse the radiator with fresh water. Again started the journey after that we drove around 60kms with AC and after 40kms without AC until home speed between 80kph to 100kph but no sign of temperature signal showed up (note that it was now evening and atmosphere temperature becoming down).. During 60kms of run with AC I have a feeling that AC has turned on and off twice, but no sign of temperature showedup.
CAN ANYONE HAVE A IDEA ABOUT THIS ISSUE.?????

One thing more, now all Cars have radiator Fan on auto Mode. Should the Radiator Fan Run Continuously on AC or not? As in my case on AC radiator Fan is turning on and off too excessively i.e., say for 5secs interval.
