We are discussing the matter here on PW Forums and the owner of this thread has not been restricted in any way.
So I am still waiting for more details about his inspection complaint.
And I assure you it will be addressed.

And this thread will remain open for a healthy discussion.

Let me answer the reason you are blocked from Instagram.It is simple, PakWheels has different social media outlets with their respective content , audience and community rules.

why is it that it is an acceptable means to just block someone? If the customer did share his concerns on instagram, whoever could have easily advised him to contact so and so. The community rule for pakwheels instagram acc is to block users who have anything negative to say (excluding disrespectful comments)?

That is not how you handle social media accounts and now it just seems like a face saving exercise by addressing it here. Anyways lets see how this proceeds.

I hired the car sure services multiple times for buying cars and always i had to be on their heads asking each and every detail and believe me I learnt alot from them. Most of them were good but some were bad as well. Overall good experience.

Mind sharing that comment, and its exact wording?

May be the comment was harsh, rude, and / or any reasonable person may take it as inappropriate, especially if shared publicly.

I do not think that just on the basis of a single comment, Pakwheels Blocked you. There might be some other reason(s) too.

Wow i am so glad to see how you guys are trying to stop someone by blocking them from the pages this is the most pathetic way to handel social media pages. Lets do 1 thing you guys unblock me and see what i have written if there is any abusing language or anything unethical i will personally apologise in written. Its been 1 year since i had that inspection thing why i am here i told here earlier that PakWheels blocked me on insta over a single comment? You guys seriously need schooling you can’t even take a criticism without reaching me on my dm you guys just blocked me as i am a criminal or something what kinda behaviour is this towards a users ?

Simpler way is to unblock me and see what i have written if there is any kind of abusing language or anything i will give them a written apology if there isn’t any rule broken i want a written apology from PakWheels

blocking me? what does it has to do anything with anything i said?

if you have caught a thief, simply expose.

just ask them about justification for blocking you and ask them on ethical on moral grounds to unblock you ASAP.

and if you have something to expose about inspection, just share without delay for the benefit and understanding of all those who rely or considering about taking this service for any sort of decision making.

what i am implying to say is to dont mix up these two things...hope u understand.

P.S. i have nothing to do with PW management/admin or inspection team, wat i said it wat it looks to me

Well what these people do not understand is that brand name building is a real tough job and takes time. A few incidents like this will tarnish their reputation and soon a competitor will popup and takeover.

For example the blogs and news of CarSpirit is better than PakWheels, PakWheels had the sole market in this segment once but now CarSpirit regularly pops up in Google. PakWheels has soul-less articles now. Slippery slope.
