Regarding your complaint, it's very difficult to track your complaint given its a year ago and there is no details.
Let me explain you our process. Every complaint we receive, we put it in an issue log, we talk to all parties and take corrective action. We have intense focus on improving quality and we do it through rigorous training, audit and strong check and balance.
All inspectors are paid market salary + standard company benefits (PF + health insurance + outpatient) + incentive on quality. We are not like corner workshop, there is a complete training process (setup on google class room) and then regular daily audits and well defined complaint handling process.
Traditionally we haven't treated forum as a customer support channel but we will figure out a way to connect it to our customer support system so we can be more timely in our response.
We try to run PakWheels.com like a professional organization and try to learn from every mistake.
@capsat - I can start calling you names and accuse you of a lot of things because in today world it is very easy to do that on social media but I find it highly immoral, unethical and criminal to accuse a business or its people of something without proof. This is also criminal offense under current cyber laws of Pakistan.
For all the cases you are complaining, why haven't you reported them right away so we could actually see the problem. How can we really ascertain if our team was at fault if the car is already in workshop and in process of being fixed ? Please share all cases and we will respond on each one of them.
We have done over 100K inspections and have 99% happy customers. Just like any other business we make mistakes and we learn from them but we don't allow mediocrity to become a habit.
