I have & had always marked and sent a complaint of a doctored report via email, with name of inspector(s) who got their palms greased. check the email(s) from capsat to admin@pakwheels.com all emails were also copied to Hanif Bhatti Saheb as well.
I always attached to email the zipped files for such complaint & reports, in return, it is only a ticket number. Please try & trace those there must a databese of tickets under user name capsat.
In some cases, Bhatti sahib shared that the concerned inspectors from PW KHI office were fired based on the submitted information.
