I want to travel to Northern Areas of Pakistan from Karachi ... but my plan is to visit almost all the parts (well at least must visit places) of the northern Pakistan including

Naran (including Saif-ul-Malook and other areas)
Kaghan
Swat
Kalam
Hunza
Azad Kashmir (Neelum Valley and other places)
Fairy Meadows
Deosai
Gilgit

I have never been to any of these places before, but have read a lot, so want to know things like

Which areas to visit first, so as to enjoy maximum in the least possible time? An itinerary would be very much appreciated
Minimum duration to visit all such places?
Best time to visit (I plan to visit in July just after Eid)?
Mode of travelling? Train or Bus?
Budget? Per head cost if travelling with family (6 Adults)?
Any guidance?

Your designed itanrary is totally disturbed and goes on opposite direction.

It should be like this

1) Karachi>>>Islamabad>>>Azad Kashmir (Nelum Valley)

2) Karachi >>Islamabad>>Chillas/Raikot Bridge>>>Fairy Meadows<<<Raikot Bridge>>>Astore>>>Devsai

3)Karachi >>Islamabad>>Gilgit>>>Hunza (You may include Naltar)

Timing and budget depends on your selected route, mode of transportaion and standard etc

Well I know, but I want to visit Gilgit/Hunza, Swat, Kashmir in one go! Why should I return to Karachi each time Anyways appreciated
