i know that there are many PW members who want to get their hands on a Mustang(1964-1970) but no one really know where theyr hinding.....
this is not a forum to discuss the buying or selling of such cars... please post pic's and share info about owners and the city they are hiding in, as we all are desperate to click on a Spotting of a cool classic!

its easier to find out about a specific car by this thread, than searching the whole 250+ pages (i'll be dead by then) of the VCCCP Thread....

I have a friend in Lahore who has one. 1965 Mustang 289 V8 Vynil Top. Blue colored.

He's on the VCCCP thread too

There's quite a lot of mustangs in Pakistan. But I doubt there are any of the 1st generation mustangs left.

Do post on the VCCCP thread- they're really helpful there. That's another section of Pakwheelers where if you ask ANYTHING, you'll get a very sensible answer.

ive tried it,
i saw a mustang in lahore '65 in lt. blue asked the VCCCP but theyr mostly amongst themselves... n hav knowledge of karachi....
i know Mohsin Ikram has a 1965 conv. V8 289. Symbiote's 67 GT Fastback, n the other 2 '66 which came to the VCCCP show....

i did, n yes it was a KHI nume yellow plate...
the owner posted pic of it put no 1 replied to his post or mine after that... so....

i know of 2 other mustangs in lahore other then my dads..... one belongs to a distant family friend, Hassan Javed (Service Ind.)....its a 1966 red.........the second one i havent seen in person but it belonged to late Sayed Wajid Ali (packages ind.) i remember a friend telling me that it was baby blue and a convt.

The baby blue mustang belonging to syed maratib ali shah/syed wajid ali shah is a hard top,i've seen teh car in person,

it is nto in active use,though it is completely original,down to teh wheel covers.

Nice thread...
I know that there is no mustang there for sale(and should not be)But if if if any one is there...(very rare chance).what will be the asking price for convertible and the hard top one..
I know Its a sort of silly question but just to evaluate these gems...
can some experts/owners of mustangs give inputs in this respect???

Mustangs command serious money in Pakistan,,,,for a convertibe 65 - 66 era, you are looking at 2 m +. The red h/top with services ppl in Lahore was bought by them 10-12 years ago from Karachi for 6 lacs, car ws in excellent condition in yellow color. One of the Hashwani brothers have just bought a 65 Hardtop with Toyota engine and bad condition for 3.5 lacs......this should give u a rough idea
