The JDMs with CVT transmission are painfully slow. My daily runner CNG Khyber is a lot faster. However I have noticed that these JDMs have better top speed. On M2 long ascents where Khyber speed reduces to half, these small JDMs almost maintain the speed. But then again, they consume a lot of fuel at those speeds and the 660cc are mostly built to be driven within city.
