However, since it is a completely new vehicle there is very little chance of parts being locally produced right now. So therefore the car will made from almost 99% imported parts and a good quality is achieved. Then after around 6-12months, the local vendors will start making the parts which is when the quality may go down,

Yupp. Performance, comfort, feature and design all is much better than wagonR. But I doubt it will be able to get the same fuel economy since its heavier and has bigger wheels
