Yeah sure. Cause it it is only common sense to compare a brand new, zero-meter, 2-year warranted car with a used, possibly abused/damaged/accidented and high mileage car. A brand new car is a brand new car. You don't have to worry about any faults for 2 years and maybe even 4 with extended warranty.
A used car is always more risky and almost always requires some repairs.
