Paksuzuki Wagon R Maintainence Thread

So as you people might have noticed on another thread, our car got hit by a Leopards courier truck.

Now I want your advice on where and how to repair it. If I go to the 3S Dealer, they will charge me for rear light replacement (8,000) and bumper replacement (7000 without color).
The bumper has been hit thrice on the same spot, in all three cases while my car was standing stationary.
We have decided to make our car look presentable but not go out of the way to make it 100% damage free as it is expected for the car to get hit on the road.
What are some good places to get the bumper straightened and fixed, and is there a way to replace only the light's lens and the rest of the structure is intact.

Dear @muhammad.irtiza if you share are more clear picture of the whole rear side and the bumper we can guide better.
The cover of the light is repairable as well as the bumper..
3s dealers are lootera as @capsat sir said I your other thread the repair can be way cheaper than. 20000

Call the guy up he will return you bumper and the broken light. He is good enough and charges reasonable. I should mention this is with out paint....

Yaar this is not a half an hour job specially the light you will have to wait. I think all will be done with in 5K. I hope so.

Wagon r gear lever.
Has any one ever changed his gear lever cable.
Can the existing cable be repaired?
2nd Question;
Wagon r ignition time how much time wagon r requires when you switch it on means crank time 1 sec or 2 to 3 sec?

Cannot say for the gear lever, but it does have some play naturally.
Ignition takes 2 seconds at most for me at most.

You start getting comfortable within your shoes and something else comes up. I just checked my WagonR's coolant level and it is surprisingly, miserably low. The reservoir bottle is empty and gunky, but the radiator cap is clean from any rust which gives me reassurance that nothing is lost. Will get the coolant and the radiator hoses replaced tommorow from Suzuki North Motors.

Did some diy cleaning with surf and washed the container multiple times.

WagonR coolant radiator capacity is 3 liter. 5 bottles of blue coolant and 6 bottles of distilled water cost me 3900 approx from IG Motors. 1500 taken by Suzuki North Motors for radiator flush, coolant replacement, and full body service.

Even though I asked North Motors to not spare any expense and replace any hose pipes or flanges that were weak but their inspection revealed no such weaknesses, so it's just coolant replacement for now.

My Wagon r pkdm 2018 revs very high (plus4000rpm) after gear is shifted but do not pick speed. Mileage is 65000kms. It happens on all gear shifts. I did get tunning done from Suzuki dealership and computer scanning but problem is not solved. What is the fault and please advise solution.

engine rotating ok? rpm etc all fine?

if engine running high rpm but car not picking up speed, will point to a slipping clutch.

a slipping clutch will not show up on a scanner.

And the solution is to replace Clutch plates

Jazak Allah respectful brother. Yes you understood everything right. Engine is rotating perfect at idle. RPM is fine. Only that after car is put into gear, the RPM revs high but car doesn't gain acceleration accordingly. I ve to rev it above 4k RPM to accelerate as normal. So solution is that I must change clutch plates ASAP. Right? Could you suggest a good workshop in Lahore and what would be approx costs?

Jazak Allah sir for worthy diagnosis and it's solution. So basically at 65000 kms mileage, pkdm wagon R clutch plates are gone and require replacement? Any good mechanic you could recommend in Lahore and prices?

And for cost it should be near to 20-25k as clutch plates are near to 15-20k (online).

I ve contacted parts Central. He doesn't have clutch plate set for Wagon R 2018. Please recommend from where could I buy a good quality set?
