Pakwheel auto store worst customer support

I have bought a auto part from Pakwheels auto store for 20 days ago it was a faulty one the part was broken and i called to Pakwheels more than 20 time but they didn't receive i tried another day but same response then i contacted them via whatsapp so after week they replied me that send pics of your broken item and i sent it so they replied that they will talk to the vendor still no reply, such a pathetic service.
