I requested a car inspection on saturday for which I was contacted yesterday and got the vehicle inspected today. I was there while they began with the inspection, however due to urgency I had to leave, hoping they would do their work honestly and effecienty because of their tagged brand / organization ‘PakWheels’. While I was there I was checking the car myself, being an interested buyer, I identified a few issues myself of which one was the tail light which wasn’t working and the interior condition which was really poor but these WEREN’T mentioned in the report sent by Pakwheels which is very disappointing.
I not only paid for the inspection but trust Pakwheels and had to take a decision based on their report but after I found these discrepencies and unidentified issues which I could found being a layman, I am confused and cannot avoid doubting the whole report.
I understand there could be minor mistakes but the interior condition was clearly visible and the leather was torn, plus the tail light too was clearly identifiable and that I was relying on the report to put forward my offer for that vehicle, with confidence, instead it puzzled me further.
Moreover, I had to put this issue here because the moment I opened the report the feedback form popped up and I had to rate the report before even reading it, which too was disappointing, as I rated it good and then found the report not worthy.

Carsure is just a gimmick. Someone i know was selling a car with open airbags which the buyer knew as well but wanted to get carsure inspection and their report said airbags are genuine lol.

I had done carsure last month for the JDM i was buying. Two guys came on bike. A denter and mechanic.

I knew it had right fender painted, carsure denter said that bonut and fender are painted and other parts are ok. Interior was okay and reported likewise. Few small dents were also identified.

For sensors he put in the device and showed me no error history and explained it a bit to me. I was there the whole time though, though mostly inside car while engine was inspected.

Then in test drive mechanic marked only the brake pads being 50% used. I trust that coz car was skidding and I thought it was the tyres. So I was satisfied overall to say the least.

I think for ur case the bumper and lights come in fancy work and not body parts. So its not mentioned with exterior.

I was even reported muddy carpet, which I never expected so I am not sure how did they not mention the interior fault. May be seat covers are again fancy. You should have the person's number who visited. You should call them back and verify. It could be those workers not doing it right instead of pakwheels going down. Just saying.

When the guys finished the work he showed me the summary on his cell phone and I got an instant sms and email with link to my report. Mostly which i scrolled in front of him. Dont remember if there was a feedback.

I think the 'mistake' is you leaving the inspection. For me I don't trust nobody

Owner must have paid extra sum under the table for good report... You cannot trust anyone nowadays even Pakwheels.
