i wish to ask if there is some product suggestion pool in your office setup,

i suggest to introduce 75w-110 gear oil, bcoz old (worn) gears need this kind of multigrade, 85w-140 is too thick from cold to hot. Fuel consumption is also one matter with too high density.

I read this that ams oil usa has such grade, actually in our country where drivers are you know.. Driving styles and khadda roads etc. Old vehicles gear system does damage and such grade would be good, i suggest.

Btw what is price of 85w-140 gear oil ?

yes where as the old transmissions are concerned you are right. but after 2002 all automotive manual transmission manufactureres recommend 75W85, viscosity gear oil. more over Some OEMs like PSMCL has issued a letter showing and recommended ZIC GL-4, SAE 75W85, in all manuals Transmissions .

yes sir you can use ZIC XQ,API SM, SAE 5W40, in your car with full confidance more over pl be noted that first ODI drive it up to 6k second 10 ks and then third and so on use it up to 15k . and for getting original ZIC OIL BRAND pl contact to Mr. Syed Iftikhar Shah (03008373975) Manager South, Karachi.

I have santro 2003. I have bought zic hiflo api sm from Makro store. After buying, I was shocked when i studied on internet at fol link and many other links about api SM, that its not for old cam shaft engines like santro, mehran, swift etc which have push pull rod system as it has less contents of ZDDP which can save camshaft, cam sensor wear etc as above mentioned old engines have very high stress on cam. Does Zic have any SG - SJ grade oil? Also on ZIC HIFLO SM, its mentioned "DOHC/Turbo Charged" and i am sure that suzuki mehran, alto, swift, santro, margalla, old corollas, and many other models are not DOHC / Turbo Charged so why you are recommending people for ZIC? Please convince us for ZIC.
