Yes bor. both are the same product. and the only differance is of their Viscosities A+ is lighter 5W20, and A is more viscus than to A+ like 10W40

Dear sir,
Basically all engine need warmup phase durring first startup in mornings particularly of winter mornings as the engine parts like parts situated in the engine head assy. create some noise prior to warm up due to the valve clearance as it is in its maximum gap durring cold startup so they normally make some noticable noise and it also gradually deminish too. othe the other hand oil circulation also plays very important roll in noise reduction as well in decreasing cold stard friction.
As ZIC MOTOR OIL has been produced from API GROUP III ' s Yubase base stock so it has the extra quality to move fast in the engine and maintain a solid film between the engine matal parts even after 12 hours of engine shoud down which insures maximum lubrication and protect form cold start friction and noise as compare to other engine oils
In the end as you mentioned , i only suggest to have an engine tune up form some professional mechanic who can check its valve clearance according to its recommended gap

Thank you for detailed reply, so practically how much time is required for warmup?
my car's temperature gauge shown above behave like following.

in figure 1 the temperature pointer is on this position when i first start the engine.

The position changes to the point shown in figure 2 after some 6-7 mins of engine start and idle.

after running the car for like 10 mins in the city traffic the pointer points to the position shown in figure 3 mean total of 16-17 minutes of engine idle and car running, the pointer reaches here.

when the pointer reaches to the position shown in [figure 4 the radiator automatic fan switches ON.

so now my question is that, should i wait for 6-7 mins till the pointer of temperature reaches to it 'C' Position or i should wait for just 2-3 mins to go without looking to the gauge?

Very good question bro. first of all according to the recommendation of engine manufacturers one should drive the car after engine warm-up perticularly and specially durring winters seasons. secondly in pakistan during winter season in morning engine parts became so cold and their temperature and ambient termperature become equal and when engine get start it tendes to have extreme wear and tear in the parts untill the temperature of internal matal parts, engine oil and coolant become warm and hot. in this case a comon indication of warm up is when radiator fan first get start (automatice fan configration) more over the thermostatic valve plays very very important role in this stage as it prevent the flow of coolant out of engine jakets with out warm-up
so in the last i come to the question that you have asked about the temperature gauge indicator position so bro now a days all model generally and all Japnies modles particularly has the setting of their temperature gauges indicator has been setled to their center position when gauge indicator needle come at center position its mean that the engine has been warmed up and then one should drive the car , but the main and a very important issue regarding warm-up of the engine is FUEL issue as now a days every body tries to save fuel and unecessory engine idleing so the trend of driving the car with out warmup has been setted in pakistan but above all we should keep start the engine for proper warm up in winter atleast for 3~4 Minutes .

Dear Sir, technically ZIC HIFLO can be drive up to 5~6k but ODI depends mainly upon the mechanically codition of the engine. Finally you should drive it atleast 4k

1: If i switch from ZIC A to ZIC HIFLO and vice versa again and again, i mean if i use the HIFLO in summers and ZIC A in winters, so will i face any issue by doing this every year? my engine mechanical condition is not so good, therefore i want to switch between these two brands per year.

2: my second querry is regarding the quantity of engine oil in the pan, every mechanic including 3S dealer use all the 3 liters of engine oil, while the the oil level excedes the recommended FULL indicator slightly everytime when i change oil as shown in the figure. so is there any harm to engine by pouring more engine oil in the pan??

For Paki Climate 20w50 is good almost throught the year.. because even winter here is not too cold.. almost never below 0 degree celcius. 5w20 or 10w40 oils are for countries where temperature goes below 0 degree celcius. but in winters using 10w40 and in summer 20w50 is a good idea. but 5w20 is never recommended for temperature like pakistan have.

Also thinner oils can easily leak out of your engine seals because its too thin (special synthetic version).

So bottom line is.. for all cars using ZIC Hiflo 20w50 in summer and ZIC A 10w40 in winter is a good idea...

Dear Bro.
First of all there is no need for changing ZIC HIFLO AND ZIC A for winter and summer seasons beside that if you are doing it there would be no harmful effect to engine
Secondly as dipstick has two Mark 1. Full and 2. Min as you have showed beautifully by the given pic. if maximum level exceed as showed in pic. it do not make any differance untill 30 to 35% extra of recommended sump capacity be poured in the engine but as you mentioned in the pic. it is ok

:Si think kixx is more better then zic i am using kixx sj10w/40 for a long time i have no complain in it but when i use zicA+ in my new 2010 suzuki pickup its not working good i have changed it 2000 kilometer and now i am using kixx GI and its work for 7000 kilometer can u explain that why zicA+ a high rate oil not gave me the result and kixx G1 gave me that in a low price.

first of all as you compare KIXX , API SJ , SAE 10W40
WITH ZIC A+ , API SM, SAE 5W20 , there is a huge differance of API GRADING between them ZIC A+ has better grading then to Kixx, Sj as you mentioned , secondly mostly in SUZUKI PICK UP (ST 308) engine we mostly recommend oils having grading of 10W40 as our ZIC A, API SM, SAE 10W40 but you are using SAE 5W20 , Because of the mechanical machine work quality and the execssive pistan ring and cylinder clearance as compare to other engines of PAK SUZUKI MOTOR CO. More over you should use ZIC A, API SM, SAE 10W40 in your Suzuki Pick up and then you should compare it with kixx sJ, you will sourly find better result as the main differance of their API GRADINGS
