In short once again i quot here the final judgement of Supreme Court of USA, in 1999, that All oil which are produced from API Group III, (Hydrocraked) will be called SYNTHETIC. If it is wrong then deny it
In the light of this Judgment all the lubricants in Pakistan , Like Shell Ultra , Caltex Formula, Total Quartz ect are giving the product labled Fully synthetic oil and they are produced from API Group III,
On the other hand Hi Tech Lubricants are ISO 9001 Quality Standard, EMS 14001 Enviroment Standards Certified company

I am telling you once again that you are running the image of ZIC. You are making things complex by not answering my simple questions and lingering on the things. In your first reply you started with personal attack and all of your words were in bold showing that you were shouting at me. After writing this you ended your reply by mentioning that you are a manager at ZIC. Clearly showing the audience that how Zic’s managers are trained. How competent they are in their writing skills and response to customers queries. <o:p></o:p>

I want to make it clear to all the people reading this review and comment. Synthetic oil is not a defined under API or SAE. There is no proper definition of Synthetic oil, if any one says to you that their product is synthetic under SAE or API standards it means that product is fraudulent. I asked Zic to define what Synthetic is but unfortunately they never replied and of course for obvious reasons, Synthetic is not defined under API or SAE. <o:p></o:p>

The case you referred to was presented in front of National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus USA. NAD never defined the word synthetic and I already have mentioned that in my previous post (please check my last post). If Zic is so sure that Synthetic is defined by NAD, I would request them to bring that definition to the people here on PakWheels with authenticated link. Mr. SK ZIC, please remember that Pakistan comes under Pakistan’s Rule of Law. Please do not misguide people by telling that what was the decision of court or NAD in America. If you want to talk about American Law than under American Law you can be sentenced to Six months Jail by personalizing and saying me to visit Physiatrist. If you are a doctor who can recommend people to visit certain specialists then isn’t it strange that a Lubricant company has a Doctor as their Technical Division Manager. <o:p></o:p>

All the people who participated in this forum commented on your non-professional behavior and approach. A Manager with an experience of 22 years in service sector and replying in such a way created doubts in our minds. You failed to answer a single question, not even able to define term Synthetic which is the base term of your products.<o:p></o:p>

ZIC failed to answer that what Zic is doing with drained oil, is Zic selling that to market or is recycling. None of your answer was satisfactory. All your claims are baseless and without authentication. You showed people production of Yubase and Grease of the year 2006. At every stage you tried to misguide people and making things complex by non professionalism. Arrogance does not increase customer base, it’s the professionalism which is required to make loyal customers. <o:p></o:p>

it is not me but you who is lingering on and your main focus is on the false blame which your keep mentioned in your previous post about the drained oil purchasing or buying of ZIC management from oil changers , if as you said personalizing and saying me to visit Physiatrist will cause six month jail then you your self think what would be the punishment about fales blaming to any products Managements ,it may be beyond your preceptions. so i advise you to give up imposing baseless accusations on ZIC Management by saying and relating them in drained oil , secondly if you think the Labeling of Synthetic Term is illegall then you can concer to relative courts too and prove it logically that All the API Group III do not qualify to call Synthetic
In the end and it seems as our compititors are trying there level best to create nagativity against us so you are also a chain linked with it too as you linger on your both questions about Synthetic and Drained oil

Thanks alot for your valuable input and your suggestion. you are very right that facts should be from reliable source and every one believes that WikiPedia is reliable. Lets for simplicity we assume that Wikipedia is not reliable then in that case, ZIC should get text from API or SAE regarding definition of Synthetic oil.

As a customer i have the right to ask them regarding their product and this forum is for clrifications and questions regarding ZIC product. I am already using Zic and i mentioned the same in my previous posts.

The guy who responded is a manager with 22 years of experience and i believe he should act like the same. Alot of people commented against the way he approached my queries. If it is some ones style to deal with subordinates then i am sorry i am not a subordinate. In all the replies we recieved information was wrong, there were only 2 words API or SAE. But once i asaked for proof or authentication from API or SAE ZIC had no answer.

Zic is not just a lubricant company, Zic as a company includes its staff. Once we say quality, it means quality of product and also quality of staff. How would one can assume to have a better product from a company whose people put doubts by behaving in a bad manner.

I do not belong to any competitor of Zic. I would be happy to have a cup of tea with any PakWheeler in my office in Islamabad but sorry to any staff member of Zic oil.

Secondly and particularly for your second question it is like to asked some one that " what you gain after you smoke" Bro like this question you firstly imposed that ZIC MANAGMENT are gaining drained oil and then you impose question that what they do with it
I have told you that we have no concern with drained oil and further more i would like to share a very beautiful information here that only one concern with drained oil is that all Lubricants company should introduced such Oils which have the longest drain intervals so that accumulation of used oil should be minize. For this only ZIC MOTOR OIL has givien LONG DRAIN OILS in Pakistan in shape of SYNTHETIC OILS (produced by API GROUP III, AND GROUP IV), Only ZIC PRODUCTS give LONG DRAIN Intervals more then 10k to 30k which means no need to drain the oil after every 2500km or so.
In the last as far as apology is concerned it is you which should be offer apology for inposing secondly question related to drained oil usage

I have no issues with ZIC or its products. You approached me wrong and used wrong words to reply and making things personal. I approcahed you as a customer of Zic and i conveyed that i am using Zic. Unfortunately your attitude and way of answering was not professional. We as a customer have all the right to ask you questions which we feel should be answered. Zic should know how to approach customers and to make answers. If you go to any Zic oil change shop and ask them what do they do with the drained oil they all reply that the oil is taken away by Zic or sold in the market. Even if Zic takes it away and recycles it at best standatrds to make new bottles of Lubricants, it is not wrong and not bad until you are maintaining the standard. By recycling the oil Zic is protecting environment and Zic is a ISO certified company as far as environment is concerned. If the answers were not in your domain you should not have answered or you should have reffered to a sales or marketing guy who would have approcahed me better.

Your words were bit too unethical and personal. I still feel that you as a manager should have not used kind of words. By doing so, you put Zic's credibility and your credibility at stake. You are face of Zic and by using kinda words you ruined immage of Zic.

I am not comeptitor of Zic, i am just a user and all you produced against me were lame excuses. I am still telling you to not ruin the image of Zic. You are not handeling it properly.

First of all you are not ZIC customer and user as you have also stated in your previous posts and secondly as you are negatively propagating against us is based on sheer lie and non sense as you came across your main focus of foal blaming by stating that many oil changer says that used / drained oil is collected by ZIC managements ect..
This particular statement by you clearly depicts your wrong, bad, unethical intentions for destroying the image of any product on the basis of lie, in which you will not be succeed. How innocently you have tried to convey to the people of this forum that drained oil is collected by ZIC management and for recycling and repacking it again.

Yes dear in ZIC PRODUCTS it got ZIC XQ , API SM / CF, SAE 5W40 , with same ACEA grading
More over it is produced from API GROUP IV, (PAO )

dear sir, i would recommend you to use ZIC NEW PRODUCT ZIC OW , API SN , SAE 0W 30, First time in Pakistan this oil will provide you about 9% fuel saving and has much more Engine protection

is ethylene glycol. base and
it is ready to use there is no need to add some water with it
it has green color
and its price is 230/L ,
coolant capacity is 4L.
its drain interval is 40k or 2 Years which ever come first
