[LEFT]ACEA stands for the Association des Constructeurs
Europeens d’Automobiles and represents a large
group of European engine manufacturers. ACEA
has established four performance categories:
the A category for petrol engines; the B category
for passenger car diesel engines; the C category
represents catalyst compatible oils; the E category
for heavy duty diesel engines.

ILSAC stands for the International Lubricant
Standardisation Advisory Committee. For
lubricants to meet the GF specification, they
must prove to be energy conserving. With the
latest rating being GF-4, it provides better fuel

PAO (Poly-Alpha-Olefin ) is basically a Synthetic base stock of Group IV.

Molybdenum disulfide is the inorganic compond with the formula MoS2. This black crystalline sulfide of molybdenum occurs as the mineral molybdenite. more over it is used in some engine oil brands for imporved anti wear additive , which is rejected in d ligth of new resurch.
XQ.. is a brand of ZIC ENGINE OILS which is PAO fully Synthetic oil of Goup IV.

my car's manual recommend gear oil 75w-90, GL-4 for my santro 2003 model. can you please tell me the availability of this grade in zic, and what is your recommendation in this regard. the transmission is manual. the gear box never ever repaired or opened and running smooth and soft.

Surly ZIC A 10W40, API SM can withstand to any hash condition too
and to understand differance study API chart of Base oil Grouping
and understand it
ZIC XQ , Mobil 1 are the synthetic oil produced from Group IV
and ZIC A is produced from Group III
Both are Synthetic but Group IV has plus supriority compare to Group III

theyre just synthetic blend. pao are fully synthetic? am i right? ive read some zic brochures that zic zq is comparable to castrol edge and zic A is comparable to castrol magnatec? is this true? are there supporting details to prove this? thanks

ZIC GEAR FF , GL-4 , 75W85 , is most suitable and recommended for Santro and use it with confidance and get more smooth drive u ever experianced

hi i am really confused wt to use in my 2010 corolla 1300cc mean i am using car on petrol first i used shell for first oil change nw i am thinking to use zic but which one to use zic A or Aplus or some thing else car manual says use multigrade oil and switching from shell to zic will it harm engine i am confused abt it too an i live in nowshera where can i get orignal zic from there i also have 96 1.6gli corolla i r am thinking to switch to zic too on it its on cng which 1 should i use for that zic hflo?i will be very thankful for ur help

Yes dear you can easily switch over to ZIC from shell with out any problem . for your Corolla GLI 2010 Model You can use

ZIC XQ (FULLY SYNTHETIIC OIL OF API GROUP IV), API SM, SAE 5W40

ZIC A+( FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL) API SM, SAE 5W20

ZIC A (FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL) API SM, SAE 10W40

If you can afford ZIC XQ then i shell recommend you to go with ZIC XQ because it life is atleast 20,000 km and it has d strongest molecular structer too.
for 96 GLI, use ZIC HIFLO , API SM, SAE 20W50

thanks i bought zic hiflo for corolla 96 he gave it to me for 1000 rupee 3 liter is price ok and abt gli i am thinking abt a plus hw long will it work hw many kms cause there will be a prob to get a genuine oil filter as well for oil that last 20000 km i mean if i try zic xq

if you try ZIC XQ , you will only have to replace oil filter after every 5000km , and for ZIC A+ you can take it from 6000 ~ 8000 km according to its mechanical condition .

ZIC 4T is first fully synthetic Motor cycle engine oil and it has the capacity to be operated more than 3k but the ODI of any engine as i usally kept mentioning in my anwsers depends upon so many factors like
mechanical condition of engine , clearance between ring and cylinders , fuel condition, driving habits and so many other factors too. At the end you can take ZIC 4T MCO double mileage as compare to others MCO brands.

its good you use ZIC 4T and change it firstly after 1500km then second change it after 2500 km then upto 3000 km it would give you the best results

Dear All the Japness motor cycles 's engine oil main requirement is JASO MA , grading, ZIC 4T has got it and more over ZIC 4T is Fully synthetic Motor Cycle engine oil , so i again recommend all Motorcycle owners to switch over to ZIC 4T for getting best results, Engine protection, fuel saving , long drain oil and more engine life

Dear there is no restriction for synthetic engine oils for any climate condition

Dear for Suzuki Alto OEM recommends oil of 10W40 Viscosity and if you chose oil of same viscosity prefer to Synthetic Lubricants and finally i suggest Zic A 10W40 for your Suzuki Alto which also meets or exceed the warrenty requirments of Pak Suzuki Motors company.

which oil be used for cultus EFI, i used ZIC A+ for 35k, then switched to ZICA . should i continue with ZICA ? does it make a difference on oil selection if the vehicle is run on petrol only / CNG only / combination of both,... how ?
