Dear PakWheels,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the inspection service provided by your company, which has resulted in significant financial losses and a loss of trust on my part.
Recently, I engaged PakWheels to inspect a car before purchasing it, trusting in the reliability of your services. However, the inspection conducted by your representative at my location was far from satisfactory. Not only did the inspector fail to disclose crucial information, such as the conversion of the car's engine from 1000cc to 1300cc, but also overlooked a critical issue with the car's computer system.
Despite connecting his diagnostic computer to the car during the inspection, the inspector failed to detect any issues and assured me of the vehicle's good condition. However, post-purchase, it was discovered that the car's computer system was malfunctioning, a problem that should have been identified during the inspection.
As a result of this negligence, I have incurred a loss of approximately 2 lakh rupees. I entrusted PakWheels with 5000 rupees for what I believed would be a reliable inspection service. However, the inspector's lack of competence and attention to detail has shattered my confidence in PakWheels' claim of providing thorough inspections.
I urge PakWheels to take immediate action to rectify this situation and improve the quality of its inspection services. If necessary measures are not taken, I will be compelled to advise others against choosing PakWheels for inspection services in the future.
