AOA, I have a Pakwheels membership card and its print has almost completely faded now. I Got it 4 years ago I think.
So the first question is, are these still even a thing now? because I haven't heard anyone talk about a membership card in a while. And if so, what do I do now? I remember when I first paid for it... I waited a month and got no response then started calling and sending emails and all I got was " We've forwarded your issue to the concerned department". It took me almost 5-6 months to get it after payment. It was such a bad experience.
So question number 2: If these are still used. Will I get a replacement? I have a feeling that there is no policy related to cards and someone is just gonna say get a new one. Paid 1K at that time and had to wait 6 months. I basically forgot after a month and then remembered 5 months later and pressured them again. So any renewal policy? Since this card hardly lasted 1-2 years (The card faded almost 2 years ago). Now I just want a new one.
