This is a dead end.
the content managers are full of themselves - I would suggest to relieve all of the staff and redo it properly in a way that the portal itself helps others first.
All we have now is a bunch of people who act pompous and have absolutely no idea on what is being discussed, All they know is that when someone complains, its their duty to edit it - even if its 100% correct - they will edit it because "user requested so"
