Hi all,

I ordered honda civic 2013(9th gen) key remote cover form Pakwheels auto shop. When, I opened the parcel send by pakwheels, it wasn't the one I ordered. Now I am calling them and roping messages on their whatsapp but they are not responding to my queries. Can please anyone give me another helpline to reach them or to drop my complaint?

Pakwheels has pathetic customer support. Once i tried ordering something but thank God i couldn't.

i ordered abro grease 2-3 days before Eid and as per the girl who confirmed the order said the order will reach me within 4-5 working days. I still havnt received the order and i dont need it now anyway so even if the order gets to me, i am not going to accept that.

How long did the replacement take ?
