Professional tilt-shift lenses by Canon or Nikon cost a ton of money, but the lensbaby is a more reasonable alternative. BTW i achieved this effect in PS.

I think I have it built in in my S95, not the tilt shift lens but it's called 'miniature' which brings out the same effect.

Check your cameras as well.

BTW it wasn't my cam(borrowed from friend), but im crazy when it comes to photography, plz suggest me cam that's not heavy on pocket$$$ and have manual focus and zoom option. i have point and shoot cam. but its very hard to get desired results... got my dad Nikon SLR(reel walla). but its useless now.
