Oh no no..
That's a part of Atlantic ocean in the west if Ireland that dries up every 4-5 hours because of the earth's rotation.
When the tide is high, the water is upto 5 meters deep and when the tide is low, it's accessable by car and you can even drive upto the Island that's around 1 km into the sea..
The place is known as Omey Island, here is a picture taken at high tide and one at low tide.
So basically, it's a desert under the sea.
