Guys suggest a DSLR with 75k budget...At the moment the typical lens will be fine; but I would like to add more lens after couple of months! God has blessed my brother with two daughters; and want to capture these beautiful days of the first twins in our family...

Are there any special deals / bundle offer etc going on? What to check when buying a DSLR? Boxes are sealed? Do we have any proper/official dealers of Canon or Nikon in Lahore or Islamabad? This will be the first time I will be buying the camera from Pakistan due to urgency; so bit concerned!

I think the online deals won't be available in Lhr/Isl. You will have to visit the market yourself and see what is available at that particular moment.
