Panjpeer Rocks trip with wife?

Hi guys,

I have been to panjpeer rocks with my friends and it's indeed a wonderful place to be. I was planning to go there with my wife in a week or two. Is it safe enough?
When we went there back in January 2014, I didn't see any family/females and also it's not very densely populated area.

Any suggestion in this regard would be appericiated! Thanks

u can go there with family and kids no issues..... many ppl have been there with families for picnics

No special security concerns. But do take normal precautions like do lock your vehicle/car, keep all valuables hidden and under lock, keep a watch on your belongings, do not be very friendly with strangers etc. These are normal things that anyone has to care for while venturing anywhere in Pakistan be it in blue area Islamabad or relative wilderness of PanjPeer. BTW I had my two mobile sets stolen from my car which remained unfortunately unlocked. Cheers,
