Exactly how is this a personal attack? And it's just in response to your post so it isn't off topic. All I said was, just to give yourself an idea if the world we live in, you should try raising awareness to those that live in your mohala, surely it's easier to teach them about parking sense then it is to rickshaw walas. There response would be a wake up call.
