Today I witnessed a bike with 2 passengers overspeeding the wrong way on a double road. They weren't even driving on the side, they were literally in the middle of the 2 lanes. The passenger was carrying crutches with him.

Once my father got a ticket for i think taking a u turn on a red signal . the officer did the same thing after that , my father went to him and said that you have done the same thing he replied "Men to duty pa hoon" . So on duty they think they are exempt from following rules

Will do to someone else what I deem suitable to be done to me if I were to commit the same mistake..
Lets give them (offendors) some margin of error unless you are pretty sure that the act is deliberate or has been done repeatedly pnly to you by the very same offendor

These acts are always deliberate. If they are not then those idiots are hooked on crack, and that also means they need to be shaken up.

You mentioned about giving them margin of error, I do not agree with that. We are not operating a junior school where kids need to be taught and given margin of error. Parking like a moron is no error. It is always deliberate and I've seen people getting a psychotic sort of satisfaction from it without realizing that it might cost someone a life.

Actually people have no driving sense. Majority does not even have a valid driving license and those who do posses usually prefer to get it through some reference. Ghar bhata driving license ahh jata ha. How do you expect such people to have any ethics or driving sense when they have not passed neither a sign test nor a driving one.

Keep a tow rope in your truck, your lc can pull these even when in gear, just leave them in middle of road and park your vehicle
