Parking Lights won't turn on

Hi all enthusiasts,

I have a civic x 2018 oriel 1.8 CVT.
I noticed months ago that when in night i turn the lights on the brake lights won't .. meaning that the front head light turns on by turning two notches. single notch should normally turn the parking light (red at the back) and front lights on outer border of headlights but it does not. After driving for 20-30 mins without the backlight illuminating, it randomly turns on if it feels like it. I got all the fuse checked, all the bulbs checked, dipper switch checked for carbon deposit etc .. but the problem persists. I'm still driving the car like that (which is otherwise excellent) but driving at night without tail lights illuminating is very frustrating. Can anyone help please. I'm in Islamabad.

Replace fuse of this light from the fusebox and check again.

Thanks Haseeb, forgot to respond earlier. I checked the fuse it was ok and it said on it 10 ampere so i changed with 20 as lights were coming on with a delay, and it worked.

you replaced a 10A fuse with a 20A because the lights were delayed?

please tell us that strong liquor was involved in this decision!
