Parts availability for Mitsubishi L200 Double Cabin 2006 model

I'm planning to purchase a Mitsubishi L200 Double Cabin (2006 model) registered in Lahore. Can someone who knows please advise if parts are easily locally available for this vehicle or should i avoid purchasing it?

If your preference is to buy a vehicle with spare parts availability in abundance, then I honestly suggest you AVOID Mitsubishi. Even though you may find the spare parts, but then, their prices will be very high.

I find that surprising. Because in most of the markets that I know of, Mitsubishi spare parts are generally expensive than Honda and Toyota because of its rare availability in comparison to that of Toyota and Honda.

I don't buy parts off-the-shelf. I generally plan my purchases several months or even years in advance so I am able to follow prices, get quotes from multiple places and then decide who is supplying what and how I can save more money by splitting up an order. So to quite an extent I am able to get parts at decent rates and generally at lower prices than Toyota and Honda.
