Asalam o alikum dear i have code in my 2006 passo p1730 solinoid volt abnormal ..my technician check all wiring connection and replace tcm and ecm but problem is still and codes not washed

21 gun salute to your technician to replace TCU and ECU and also clean connectors as diagnosis for this code.

This is counter shaft speed sensor error code in toyota, check its output waveform or its generated voltage to see whats wrong with the sensor or its wiring, Its a 2 wire VR sensor.

as explained above, check the countershaft speed sensor (output speed sensor) waveform on a scope or even the OSS PID on a live scan tool to see if that sensor is actually providing some signal.

replacing the ECM, PCM wont help unless you make sure the sensor is good.
