Passo 2010 fuel consumption issue

Hello friends.
I have passo 2011 model 2nd g
eneration It's with me frm 2 months. Car is doing good except fuel avarage. It's is doing 12.5 km with in a city islamabad with extremely light foot.
I have done proper running. Cleaned the plugs. Cleaned catalatoc converter. Throttle body checked O2 sensor. But avarage not improving.
O. Motorway with 100km/h with 2 persons it gives 15km per liter.
Tyre I m using is 185 70 14. Initially 1 month after purchase it gave 18 plus o. Motorway and 15 plus in islamabad with same Tyre.
Kindly help me in this. Need suggestions and any good mechanic.

I also have Passo X, 2013 model; and nowadays, it is giving me an average of ~19-19.5 kmpl from Home to office, and back (everything is stock, and nothing has been changed / altered).

Also try cleaning / replacing your air filter (with genuine / OEM one). It might be badly clogged / choked.

You did not mention another important factor; oil grade and oil filter which you are using.

Always use genuine, OEM oil filter and replace with oil after every 5,000 Kms.

For best performance and fuel efficiency, always use API SN (or SN Plus), 5w-30, Fully Synthetic engine oil from any reputed brand, but ensure that oil is genuine and original. For best for bucks, use Total Quartz 9000 Future series (or latest compatible available) and replace after every 5,000 kms.
