Passo 2014(December) giving white smoke on startup and engine oil is slightly low from max level

Recently, I noticed thick white smoke coming from the exhaust along with black carbon soot on startup. Two days before this, I had my car’s engine oil changed after 7500kms as i am using shell helix ultra 5W-40 and traveled from Islamabad to Lahore. The next day, I checked the engine oil level and found that it had slightly dropped from the maximum level mark, which raised my concern.
I thought it could be some oil issue then i changed my oil again from lahore just to be on safe side and came back islamabad where engine oil level dropped again..
white thick smoke still persists on startup..
NOTE: Feeling no silly/ambiguous sound from engine and drive is smooth giving me 17 to 18 km/ltr

I’m now trying to figure out the possible cause of this issue. Could you please help me diagnose it?

Get the proper inspection done to confirm is it from rings or valve seals. Or any other engine seals are leaked or not.

What could be its possible reason ??
If its piston rings would that be replaceable ??

1KR engines built from 2006-2015 had the oil consumption issue?

How much oil did the oil change guy poured in it

Yes those engines which are poorly maintained or depleted.

Every thing is replaceable but first find the cause.
Thick smoke on early morning cold start is normal in this weather condition observe the smoke if it's white and thick and vanishes in the air then it's steam don't worry about it if it's blueish and smoke doesn't vanish then it's oil consumption.

can 2014/15 passo assembly fit in 10-13 one? i know top fittings are different

Ive get my car checked with my own as well as other mechanics too .. its been their consensus not to redo the engine but to replace it with some kabli one …
Engine has now been selected and its almost new ..
Got it from Sultan khu ..
Need to ask which oil company for 5w30 should i go for ??
Previously using shell helix ultra 5w40 ..

Pour in 5w30 and do a compression test. If the readings are good then switch to 0w20.

0w20 is the engine oil viscosity you should use.
Perform smoke test on previous engine and share the results.
