Passo offers value for money. Less price, more features when compared to Vitz, however, resale of Vitz is better than Passo.
You may buy any whichever is in Great condition, and matches your budget.
Just buy at right price, so that you do not face any issues in resale.
I have owned both Passo and Vitz, and can say that both are great cars. Have their own Pros and Cons, but still, both are good in their own league.
