It is not a problem. In the manual it shows like this:
停止11E code has the following text infront of it :
"フロントワイパーを“低速”または“高速”で作動している
･ 西日などの前方からの強い光を受けている
･ 悪天候（強い雨・吹雪・濃霧など）のとき
→ 原因状態が解消されると復帰"
Which translates to:
"The front wiper is operating at "low speed" or "high speed"
･ Received strong light from the front such as the west sun
･ In bad weather (strong rain, snowstorm, thick fog, etc.)
→ Recovers when the cause state is resolved"
