Passo AC underperforming

Tested via the white paper method, no carbon or soot in the system.

System has condensation on the cold pipe, at idle at speed 1 isn't very cold but at night it is. The pipe going into the evaporator is warm/hot.

Will do a pressure test again, I also discharged some gas from the system and it seemed to cool better but lets see.

That might be a refrigerant Overfill.
You can do this correction by buying a vent temperature meter and a manifold gauge set. Can share the method if you have these tools.

Correction, I threw water over the condensor and low side pressure dropped. I am begging to think the condenser might be the issue. Not Sure yet.

Jbtw the liquid line lens showed bubbles so perhaps it was underfilled? Added gas and it increased cooling slightly.

Yes it shows you have a clogged condenser grill. And undercharged refrigerant.
As it would be showing elevated low side pressure so the guy adding refrigerant might have under filled.

This is the main problem people work on juggars and single gauge usage on low side only. Here hi side would have made things pretty clear.

So you need to replace the condenser and add refrigerant as per weight listed on your bonnet or bulk head.

Throwing water on condenser is not usually recommended when engine is on.

220-230 psi on 1 blower speed and 230-260psi on 4 blower speed on idle.

Sir its basic thermodynamics.

When we boil the milk at home, then we don’t immediately put it in the fridge. First we let it cool at room temperature and then shift to fridge.

Similarly when ac running then gas (refrigerant) is passing through condenser at the pressure of 200+psi and at the temperature of 80-100 degrees Centigrade. That’s why throwing room temperature water (like 25 degree C) on it can turn high pressure gas into high pressure liquid.

The issue was not the availability or the cost, the issue was the parts did not have a warranty for the Passo parts which can make them a waste of money.

The condensers job is to turn the high pressure gas to a liquid.

Furthermore What do you think is happening to the condenser as you drive in the rain?

Yes and when the car coolant temperature rises and starts shooting to H mark, what we do is we wait for one hour so that it can turn from gas to a liquid (sublimation)
And then our mechanic tells us sir we have a seized engine or a blown head gasket now. So applying silly physics in daily live is completely useless.

Like cutting 6pcs of suction pipe with kulfi frozen in them and the we push it from other end and kulfi comes out
