When we boil the milk at home, then we don’t immediately put it in the fridge. First we let it cool at room temperature and then shift to fridge.
Similarly when ac running then gas (refrigerant) is passing through condenser at the pressure of 200+psi and at the temperature of 80-100 degrees Centigrade. That’s why throwing room temperature water (like 25 degree C) on it can turn high pressure gas into high pressure liquid.
