First of all, we need to know the readings on 1 blower speed. If the readings are 35-220 and you get suction pipe to go supercool. And liquid pipe hot to warm and you get good phenomenonal cooling on idle it seems the refrigerant addition was done on assumptions not on proper weight scale. So it could be either a little low or little higher. As this whole system works in collaboration like vent temperature, high side and low side pressure and indicators such as freezing cold suction pipe or heated liquid pipe.
By throwing water on condenser made no difference it shows condenser gap or cooling of condenser is perfect.
You should look for following
1) blow out little refrigerant on white paper and see if it has black sooty colour or genetron green colour.
If black it shows system is not clean hence compromised.
2) once you turn on the ac, check the high side clear lens if it's clear see as soon as ac is switched on the amount of liquid oozes out like a maniac instantly or very mild on idle and if you increase the rpm if the liquid flow increases it shows you have a weak compressor.
So it seems the compressor is weak.
Even if you have changed it used parts need severe testing while installing them. Whenever we do this process we add 100G refrigerant and see the results on gauges plus vent temperature value drops and what happens to the temperature of suction pipe and liquid pipe. If the system is good it starts dropping from 40-42 degrees to 32. Which shows we've got the significant temperature drop in only very less refrigerant volume hence we go a little further to 200G and if we get another 10 degrees drop and correlation with gauges is inline, we confirm system is perfect and we proceed further.
So we literally have to waste the refrigerant sometimes to redo the system if compressor is weak or any malfunction but we never tell our customers by throwing a splash of can on condenser that sir thora chalayen sahi hojaega. Infact till we are not satisfied and results aren't achieved we redo it until the satisfaction is achieved only then the user feedback is positive.
So you should test some of the things I mentioned above and come back here and will guide you accordingly.
