PASSO CVT 2010 O2 Error COde

I am using Passo 2010 since November 2010, I am getting following error:

P2239 OBD-II Trouble Code: O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit High Bank 1 Sensor 1

I have cleared the error so many times through OBD scanner and also clean the Sensor 1 and Sensor 2, also I have changed CAT two months ago as no CAT was installed the fuel economy slightly increased after installing the CAT, I have also observed that instead of CAT 2 on the lower side there is Dholki installed.
Whenever I fill the fuel tank the average reset to 18 km/l and even 20 km/l but whenever I speed up the car and to 90 km or more then 90 km the ECO light gets off and never switch back ON again, if i scan the error through OBD I get the above error.

Can someone help me out to tell me a good mechanic who can resolve my issue and who knows how to remove the error using scanner . The issue is that I get an average of 14 km/l in local with speed of 70 - 90 km and 12 km/l on long at the speed of 110 km.

- u r not getting check engine light ?
- u bought passo 2010 in 2010 meaning almost new, yet there was not CAT in it
- There is no CAT 2 in Passo
- u cleaned o2 sensor with what chemical or process ?
- u never replaced o2 sensor ?

Yes I am not getting Check Engine light.
- u bought passo 2010 in 2010 meaning almost new, yet there was not CAT in it
No I didnt bought new Passo, I bought in Nov 2017.
- There is no CAT 2 in Passo
Yes instead of CAT 2 there is dholki installed.
- u cleaned o2 sensor with what chemical or process ?
Cleaned by local mechanic with hared wire brush and petrol.
- u never replaced o2 sensor ?
No I have not replaced O2 Sensor

I visited Rehman Autos, Atta ur Rehman performed detailed diagnostic including compression check and told me that check engine light is bypassed, He told me to continue driving until ECO light turn off with an error and never come back. Otherwise he need to perform some forceful diagnostic test because on the scanner he was not getting the right values..
