Passo Engine Oil Recommendation, Have 120,000 KM Used

Please recommend Engine Oil For Passo, Have 120,000 KM Used ?
It's transmission type is AT, Model 2007, engine type 1KR FE 1000 cc.
it's average without AC is 11.4KM in City.
Last time i use ZIC X3 15W-40 (VHVI TECH). mechanic recommended me.
so should i use this or any other ?

see if you can get hold of Aisin / Mobil / Havoline 10w-30 it is the best or you can opt for 10w-40
15w-XX IS FOR OLD SCHOOL non efi engines.

Actually, it is eating Engine oil not much but little bit. so i should go for 10w-40 ?

10W-30 or 10W-40 which ever is available in your town SHELL HELIX / AISIN / Toyota /
stay away from ZIC & KIXX
