Aoa, I bought a 2012 Model Passo Hanna about 3-4 months back. The issue I am facing is my engine stutters and dies when BRAKING at a signal or driving in heavy traffic. I think it's caused by a RPM drop ( why it is dropping I haven't figured out). A quick fix I had was turning on the AC which increased the RPM and the engine stall but you can't always drive with your AC on. The issue only comes when in D and brake is pressed at low speeds (30-40 kph). Not at high speed, nor in P or N mode. I have been to 6-7 mechanics, got following things done:
1) Fuel pump cleaned first then changed
2) Brake Booster changed
3) No vaccum leaks
4) Engine mounts are okay
5) Plugs cleaned and changed
6) Throttle body cleaned and changed
7) Tuning of car
8) Cleaned fuel assembly
9) Put cleaner and better fuel (high octane too)
10) Cleaned air filter
11) Cleaned air sensor
12) Cleaned catalytic
Issue temporarily went away but came back again. Mostly it comes after the car is driven for long and engine is heated
