Passo model 2007 arm rest space getting warm to hot while driving

Hello,

I have passo 2007 recently i noticed my arm rest space (it does not have arm rest btw its just empty space between seats) got hot when i came back from a drive of 1 hour and pucked my mobile from there, it was really hot, i then again noticed it coming back from work at 2am it was warmer at that time. Is there any danger? Or is it normal? Should i be worry about something going on with the car?

the weather is hot, its summer time, there is engine exhaust almost in the center of car and passo is an econo box car, not having arms rest assembly means u only have a few layers between bare metal, do ur maths, wont be much difficult

Transmission is behaving normal?
Exhaust system, catalytic converter is clean?

Thanks @xenerking appreciate your feedback. I was just cautious ️ that its not something that is hurting my car. Weather is cloudy and windy now a days in karachi and i came back at 2am from 16km of drive roughly 20min duration. I hope what you said is correct.

Yes @ahmedstudio transmission and cat is fine i just have a new head installed. Beside that in bumper to bumper traffic or in idle position my ac stops working after some time and car gets heatup you can not touch the fenders but hot light does not appear. Even i have new radiator and condensor

sir the car has closed system, means engine will maintain it temp no matter summer or winter, after few mins the car engine attains its optimal temp n then it stays there, transferring heat to environment.

You are absolutely right. But i just wants to know why my ac stops working on traffic jams and then starts when i start accelerating.

logical reason is the cooling system and AC condenser is unable to dissipate heat while stand still and being in a traffic jam where combined temp is quite high due to many cars present and ECU shuts down AC to prevent heat up or engine damage. it starts working again whenheat dissipation improves due to car movement.

detailed reasons cud me multiple:

clogged radiator
clogged condeser
bent fan wings
dying fan motors
rusted clogged cooling system
rusted wings on water pump
faulty compressor/ high head pressue causing load overall
engine low compression
leak in headgasket
etc etc.

@xenerking thank you for multiple reasons i think it can be bent fan wings or fan motor as i have also installed new radiator and condensor.
