PATAKHAY in Baleno

Can anybody please help me out,in the problem of Patakhay proded in baleno in almost all gears.i know this prob is very common in all balenos and i have seen a liana also with the same prob,so plz let me know if there is any solution to it..Thanks.

i post this prob solution many times in baleno prob related
topics any how Im replying again and its for FREE heheh:P

so some times prob is due to plug wires and air Filter after changing these things...if prob still there then ..come on advancer as Baleno and some other cars of now days have predefine distributor form factory so we use advancer in that (to advance the distributor setting) and our Cng tunning mechanic dont give dam to adjust that ... how to adjust ??? hmm take ur advancer in ur hand and see there is RED light on that and there is some nob on that for setting of advancer ... now set ur advancer on ur accelerator ( when u press ur accelerator advancer Red light should blink and when u release it then it should be off) after doing that adjustment ur CnG setting or i can say tune it on that setting i hope this thing will solve ur back fire prob forever.

please dont do this by ur self if you dont know how to tune ur car bec if some things wrong happen then ur car wont start or u cant able to drive it

get the coils checked!!

Ill suggest u to first check the plug wires and then the coils.

you can do it with the help of any other Baleno which is running fine.

Swap one thing at a time ( e.g. one coil at a time ). There may be a problem in one coil and the other one is fine.

I have the same problem in my Baleno and the coils were found to be culprit. Both coils in my case.

If both the coils are gone then be prepared to get a slap of around 10k for original coils.

Chinese ones are also available for around 3k but ill suggest u to get the originals.

well actually the prob is wt baleno's Ecu as it re-fires the cylinder after a mis spark wt out noticing wts the position of valves and if fuel valve is open at that time "it bangs" we have spend many hours in the last 2 years to solve it so let me make it clear 2 all changing wires , filter and setting CNG will only get rid of the prob for a few days .....
had that much success many time some times even 3 months and 10000 km wt no bang but its all temperory finally we have menaged a complet soluton and is under development will let u all know after testing it consist of using specially designed Coils and there wiring setup ....

I have faced the same problem in my baleno. ...(Problem 1)your air filter box is not properly/ tightly closed . cos if theres a lil gap or leakage in it , it takes extra air into the filter box then PATAKHA. {Problem 2) get ur coils checked. sometimes the lead under the coil ( which goes to the plugsa)... is cracked but u cant see it .. it has leakage of current and the plug doesnt get full current to burn the fuel then PATAKHA. ther is no 3rd option....ur filter box will be open with each patakha ...means loose filter box.
