And this is my last post because im really done with their awful “customer care”
Ive suffered economic loss because of their false report
Their point are not valid and not something that have satisfied me
Theyve lost my trust and a loyal customer
I appreciated them a lot until this sad experience
Nothing has worked
My money effort and time has been wasted
Ive heard a lot and feel myself to that inspection teams take commission from seller(Not Blaming Admin Team Here but ur mechanics giving u a bad name)
And God forbid if theres a bigger fault in car i dont know wholl be accountable
With That being said
I tried contacting Mr @behram.ali in multiple ways today
Contacted PW helpline
Contacted PW operations/marketing office
They never connected me to him on call
Its been a sad sad experience with pakwheels for my first ever car
I demand a refund of the report atleast if not the other compensations
The 6k that I paid them for a report that is false
However theyre still stubborn and firm on their unreasonable points. Their choice. Their loss(theyll realize)
6k isnt a big amount but customer satisfaction is Worth way more than any amount of money in business.
Customer care And help is always number one priority for top business but hasnt been in this case for PW
I appreciate all that theyre doing for the country

The buy sell opportunity
Its all perfect
But jo ghalat hua wo ghalat rahega
And that is inspection
I heard numerous negative reviews for their inspections on a number of my posts so it shows im not at fault here. They already dont have a good name in inspection service
Their choice now if they cant trust their customer and dont value customer happiness
Ill make sure no one i know suffers at their hands
And try to aware as many people as i can of how they dealt.
If they refund the fee. Ill remove everything and not defame them. But theyve surely lost my trust here and a true customer who appreciated them
