Brother I have been availing their services since 2017, and AL HAM DU LILLAH, never faced any issues. It may be noted that I am based in Islamabad, and my experience is based in Islamabad; a very important point, and must be noted, as I think, attitude / behavior may be different, by different people, in different cities.
As far as I know, people in Karachi had the max. bad experiences. You have not mentioned your city / place. If you deem appropriate, then kindly mention it.
Continuing with the story, for at least twice, I encountered the same person, who is a sort of "Baal ki Khaal Utarna" type, and "intihaai khaaench k score dainay wala". If any other person, even from Pakwheels itself had been there, he would have given an overall score of around 9.7-9.8/10, to which that person gave around 9.2 (if I can recall correctly).
In fact the very same person also ruined one deal, when I was selling my Passo, and potential buyer ko mainay hi kaha tha k inspection karwa k lein, bgaaer check kiay na lein. He called Pakwheels inspection, and the very same guy came. I do not know what he mentioned in the report, but the potential buyer did not buy my Passo (the issues which were there in my Passo, like rear hatch repair after accident, etc. I had already told everything to the buyer, still, the deal could not materialize). Mainay hi kaha tha k Pakwheels ki team bulao, and meri offer meray hi galay parr gye. Still, OK. No problem. Not a big issue.
(The car was later bought by a Col. Sb. and is working absolutely fine. He is happy with it)
