I had a policy with Statelife worth 100k yearly, after 7 years i required the amount to upgrade my home, i requested to refund my amount in october 2017 and now its march 2018, i have visited their office 10 times. so pathetic staff, Landay kay Baboo and bajian there, old people and women are insulted there, still 1800 century file system, poeple were advised to search their files, i was astonished how they are surviving in front of excellent services like EFU/ Jubilee etc.
i feel the difference is Sarkari and pvt company, educated and young people in pvt institutes.
Beware not to take Statelife insurance, better to invest in Mutual funds.
