Paypal fraud on Pakwheels! Be sensible Guys before making purchases

hello guys. few days ago. someone posted a thread about paypal. I responded to the thread. I already have a paypal account here in US. For some reason I got a PM today as shown below. This guy is a fraud for sure. he joined the forum today. no posts and straightly here to help us. Although I never needed a help on paypal.
Block this guy ASAP, OR be ready to lose your money.

sounds like an opportunist thief who is planning to exploit the situation of frustration that exists here , due to non-availability of paypal.
