PBO after submit Pay Order

in the price increase notification the cut off date mentioned is Nov 11 2021.

u can challenge them as u have booked the car before that and as per PBO the date is earlier than cut off then why they are invoicing at new price?

My bank has submitted payment on 10th nov and suzuki received the payorder on 11th but still they have not issued me PBO i have asked bank representative several times reagrding it and he asked we have not received your PBO yet. It's been more then a month after payment can anyone tell me what should i do?

It is a bank leasing vehicle so bank will receive the PBO sir. as standard process PBO is issued within 3 working days after submission. The dealership is responsible for such paper work, check from bank which dealership they are dealing with.

I suspect that Bank is not giving you correct information. If you have details of Bank Draft (a copy) you can verify from dealership as to when it was processed and PBO issued.

Same thing happened with me, payment was done on 1st Dec and recieved by Pak Suzuki on 2nd but even after a week there was no update. My bank guy asked me to call and email TR Suzuki, TR suzuki guy replied me with my PBO and name of dealership.

Is Pak Suzuki pay compensation from 12/04/2021 ? as per govt. policy
